wats up guys need some photoshop. can someone help. im trying to get the works emtions xd-9 saving up for them. my car is red want to do red on white but i seen it already i want to do red on red.havent seen it on a s2k. his a pic of a car red on white.

first thing first, PS is a garbage in garbage out thing, if you have sh-t pixel small jpeg, you gonna have a mega whoopie crappy outcome.
