guys, i had Honda Canada refusing to refund me for charging me for the above mentioned part only because they feel they are 2 different parts

is that true? she is gonna be calling me back after couple hours. i checked into the honda plus warranty chart adn the fast idle thermo valve is under warranty

so please advise whether both are the same item or not..

They are the same. I think the name differs only between the model years..
