Offsets on 15"s and 16"s!
Don't use the wrong size tires to lower your car. If you want to lower your car, do so by using suspension parts - lowering springs, coilovers, etc. Use the same sizes as you normally would - 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 for 15" wheels, 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 on 16" wheels.
i have 16x7 with a +38 offset on a ek, it sits nicely without scubbing with 205,45 on them, and ther almost at the fender...almost flush.. with spacers they will be flush and i would have to run a smaller tire like a 195/40

NO.
0 offset will not fit nicely on either of the cars listed and imo shouldnt be used for everyday usage.
The above suggestions other fellow members and i posted would be best NOT the 0 offset suggestion.

yea a zero offset with 16x8 wouldnt be cool for daly driving or tire longevity, if u want to fit 0 offset you would need to role ur fenders, make ur camber look like its broken and stretch your tires, i personally would run a 16x7 with a 35 offset and a tire size in 205,40,16 or a 195 40
this pic is with my car with 205/45/16 on a 16x7 +38 with stock camber and lowered till you can fit only one finger flat between the tire and fender, not too low not too high, clears speedbumps, allows your suspension to travel without scrubbing unless your driving like a madman through bumpy city roads

That's actually my friend Dan's xB, and those are the same exact wheels as the ones on the car you posted. They get around a lot.
All we had to do was roll and pull the fenders a bit, remove the front fender liners, and add a -3 shim to the rear. Also, that xB is on air.

These sizes are REALLY BAD ADVICE. They are good for older Civics, but they are much MUCH too small for an Integra. As noted above, you should stick with 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 for 15" wheels, 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 on 16" wheels.
