is jdm b16b camshafts in my mild built gsr is it any better than the stock gsr or b18c5 cams i really need some help thank you

b16b intake cam shaft is the best stock b series cam shaft you can get. The exhaust is the same as the b18c5.

So just get a intake b16b cam shaft, Or go for something better like stage 3 or HSL from aftermarket.
