Default CTR Pulley & the Bad

Recently bought this from a seller who didn't happen to mention a large chunk on the backside of the pulley was missing like so.



I'm pretty sure I don't want to use this considering that balance will be an issue correct?

Yeah i wouldn't use that ****. Take it back to the guy and get your money back.
