nah u dont. only thing u gotta wire is the rev light i think.
get a manual tranny w/ cluch, pressure plate and flywheel
and flywheel bolts for a MT
and a manual transmission starter.(i dont kno y but they are diff part numbers)

just remove the flexplate, and torque convertor and slap the MT shiet on.
and than shift linkage!

but for all the electrical stuff like to remove ur key in Neutral and having ur rev light to work sounds difficult.

Just need to do reverse lights, Havnt on mine and it pass's Warrants fine. And the Park/Clutch switch.

I just wired the wires together so it starts with out it being in park/clutch in.

Other then that the looms all the same, Highly recommend throwing in some manual cams and a manual ecu tho so its not at the 152hp rated auto. And back to atleast 159hp (gen1)

There is no ECU you for a manual transmission all the plugs for the auto trany on your harness can either be cut off or use one of the plugs and do a wire trace so you can use those wires in your current harness to wire up the reverse lights. Doing it this way avoids the hassle of running more wire through the firewall.
