so i been told that a GSR exhaust system doesnt work on a LS body. i guess that a GSR body is longer and or shorter then a LS. the reason i ask is bc i have a LS and i wanna get the APEXI Noir exhaust but it says its just for a GSR

 

length of the car is the same. the length of the header is shorter on the gsr. the flange is also angled different.

yea well the idiot that owned my car before me ordered the wrong header, then when i bought the car there was loud noises from exhaust, i look under it and the exhuast is pulled tight in the S curve, he ordered either the wrong header or wrong exhuast, the guy at the muffler shop had to cut and weld in a 4" extension to correct it.

 

A 00-01 GSR exhaust will fit on your LS. Even so, you can have an exhaust shop lengthen or shorten your new exhuast to fit.

 

^^Seriously, its not that hard to cut/extend/shorten your piping. lol
