Most reputable people rebuilding will charge you in the area of about $350-$400 to completely rebuild. They will not "piece meal" rebuilds with one seal or just a portion simply from the customer believing it is one issue with the cartridge. The major guys, like Turbo Concepts (Brighton MI), Bullseye power, Phoenix turbo, Forced Performance and some others would take the turbo and thoroughly rebuild it, but will not simply replace one seal.

Blaastperformance, has unfortunately had some bad reviews for their quality of craftmanship. I hope that has changed over the last couple of years.
