Default Trans Removal

When I did my clutch, I only pulled the trans. Seemed to go pretty smooth. Ran into a few sore backs, but nothing major. Soem bolts are harder to get to, especially the high torque ones that are a PITA to get off. But then again, taking the motor out is an easy time to replace timing/alternator/AC/PS belts easily as well as teh water pump and to check out the bottom end of the motor (taking off the oil pan and looking around for anything bad) I would think that taking the motor out though, would be more work because of the wiring/fuel/size/position, but I wouldnt know because i havent had my motor out...yet (hehe). Good luck
