In order to make some power with the JUN III's, you will need higher compression, (at least 11.5:1, IMHO), adjustable cam gears, some head/IM work, stand-alone engine management, bigger injectors (at least 310), adjustable FPR, JUN valve springs, some brand of Ti retainers, higher flow header, full 2.5" exhaust, tuning. These are pretty much the minimum requirements for making power with the JUN III's.

What you make on a dynamometer would vary depending on the type and make of dynamometer, geographic location, whether or not atmospheric correction of the result is used, the condition of your engine, and lastly the bolt-ons. Adding after-market intake/header/exhaust might add 10-15whp to what you would otherwise make. Always remember, dynamometers are meant to be used primarily as a tuning aid.

Do springs/retainers at the same time. Do it right...once.

Spoon Sports camshafts are very similar to the ITR camshafts.

I was running them before going to Jun3.

DOnt spend your money on the SP ones

Really if you are not going to upgrade everything else (like - springs, retainers etc...) then you are going to get a cam that wont do much at all. My suggestion is if you plan on doing the mods to be able to run the Jun3 cams then get everything else done when you can and build up to it. If you want more horses on a near stock level (not tearing into the motor) while staying NA then there isnt many more worth while horses you can get without stepping up and spending some money.
