Default Uber-Noob post of the day--taking your standard (dc2)teg suspension to the level of the R--how?

Just wondering what would be needed to make an ls's suspension for example setup just like the r's- or better than if possible--- suspension's are very foreign to me, but i would rather spend money on that first then speed business.
