I just wanted to know if just the master cylinder from a 94 integra with ABS fit a non ABS integra?

 

Well in some cases they will not work unless you have the brake booster from the same car. The studs for the master cylinder don't line up. Even then you need to bend one of the brake lines to work and use a different size fitting. This is not true for all of the models, but I know some of the newer ones, especially the 1" variety are quite different. good luck!
