So I dont know how to take off the clips to remove that stock civic 96-00 sideskirts. I tried searching here and gooogle and the only thing that I came up with is that you have to slide them forward but that was no help at all. Please help me.

 

The clips should be on the bottom of the skirts. Use like a flat screwdriver to take them off. After you take them all of, just slide the skirt forward and it'll come right off.

 

there are 2-3 screws on the front of the sideskirt you have to take off. its behind the fender lining i believe and 5-6 clips under the sideskirt... once you take the screws off and clips you can slide the sideskirt forward.

 

you might have trouble getting the skirt to slide forward so look into a rubber mallet

 

Yeah I was clueless when i was swapping front ends.

There are two screws in the front of the sideskirt behind the tire.

There are also three of those bastard plastic plugs with plastic screws along the bottom of the sideskirt, they will strip, so use two flathead screwdrivers to pop them out.

Once you have all three off and the screws behind the tire are off, slide the whole sideskirt forward and then it will fall free.
