I Have A 98 Civic Ex Auto It Has A Whinning Noise All The Time Not Just When You Turn The Wheel. I Thought It Could Be The Power Steering So I Checked The Fluid It Was Ok Then I Took The Pw Steering Belt Off And It Still Does It. Its Loud I Can't Tell If Its The A/c Compressor, Alternator Or Something That Has To Do With The Timing Belt Or Something Else. I've Had A Lot Of Hondas And This Is A First For Me.
