Default 94 civic coupe ex steering wheel can only be installed one way?? THANKS

Can anyone confirm if my cars oem steering wheel can only be put on one way? Or if you take it off you can actually put it back on crooked? I know that most modern car steering wheels are keyed so that they will only fit one way. The reason I ask is because the previous owner had removed the wheel to replace the clock spring and I noticed that my steering wheel (not column) is crooked. Thanks folks!

Your steering wheel can be put on more than one way. It's probably on crooked.

It can be kinda of a pain getting it back on straight. Just when you think your wheels are straight and the wheel is on correctly, you're gonna tighten the bolt and start the car and the wheel is gonna turn a bit and still not be on straight

i may be mistaken, but if you dont have the clock sping lined up correctly then you could end up breaking it.

clock spring is fine, as a matter of fact, the clock spring only goes on one way cuz its keyed. what I really need to do is pull the triger on buying an aftermarket steering wheel.
