clicking noise while turning even though i changed axles yesterday
my issue is similar to ricenoodle's noise problem except that mine sounds like when an axle is going bad. I just had the axles and all my tie rods replaced then had an alignment done yesterday and i still hear this noise that sounds like a bad axle except it does not have as defined a click as a bad axle does. If it helps any i hear it more when i make a right and when im accelerating on a straight it sounds like something is kinda loose in the wheel assembly on the right and gives a slight rattling sound, my car is a 95 lx 5spd 4 dr.
what else could be causing something that sounds almost like a bad axle if its not?????
Oh and i asked the shop guys to look for anything unusual while they were under there and then said that everything they could see looked fine

Make sure all of the lug nuts are tight, some folks get their mind on other things and forget to tighten them down at the shop, sometimes they just come loose for no reason. SOMETIMES you get bad new parts. Shake the wheel in and out of the wheel well and see if if moves any such as a loose set of lug nuts or a bad bearing.
i checked that at the alignment shop, we shook the wheels side to side and top to bottom and it was fine except for a little play from top to bottom because my upper ball joints are just starting to wear out but could not possibly be what is causing this problem
