If it reached that far out, and looks like some sort of vacuum or air solenoid valve connector, on top of that you have an aftermarket air intake system, id say it looks like the Intake Air Resonator Control Solenoid Valve

no cap for it. according to what I can see from your picture the part is missing anyway, you mind as well roll it up and tie it with electrical tape or zip tie to keep it from binding.

We still do not know what it goes to, what are the wire colors, your camera does a good job, take a pic of the back side of the plug so we can see the wire colors and the pic will be here in the archives for later use too.

Can you also take a pic of the fuse panels to show what fuse is what, also the inside of the panel to see the actual fuses and relays. Sometimes folks are missing their covers. Some guys like me will keep the pic for future use, thanks for your time there.

I can try to find your wire diagram and see what colors you have to figure out what that connector goes too, no problem.

It looks like you may need to take several pics from different distances, you flash may white wash too much and too far away will not show good colors, if you dont mind Sir.

If the wires are ORG/GRN (-) & BLK/YEL (+) then it is the connector for the Intake Air Resonator Control Solenoid valve (IAR).

If it is the IAR it really has nothing to to with your AFRs and it is not a critical component of the PGMFI system. No worries just tape it up and tie it out of the way.

Are you aware that there is a 15 amp fuse in the 7.5 amp fuse back up spot (Radio / ECU fuse) Did you up the fuse to 15 or were you unaware?

No I knew.. I had some power put into my stereo system and they said a 15 amp would stop the 7.5 from blowin all the time. So I changed it and havent had problems since.
