Ive been debating on putting a jdm header/carsound cat on my car, would this be recommended on a "new" car??? (I bought my R last month w/1,500miles on it.
Right now it has just over 2k, would this actually help my engine to get the header/cat now, or should I wait a while??

now, even if your car had less miles on it I would gurantee it has been broken in by the salesman at the dealership.

 

put it on and run in vtec all the time!

 

whered u find a used R with 1500 miles?

put it on now, the jdm itr comes with that header with 0 miles...so it'll be ok
