i gotta 4th gen, need help changing the front bulbs, others say just twist it, it'll come off, others say twist the black ring that says Open and Lock on it, tried both but didnt want to break anything so i didnt go all out, tried the black ring twist but didnt even budge, any helps would be much appreciated

 

If its just the bulbs turn the ring, it takes some muscle... my drivers side one is turnable but the passenger is stuck badly so just keep turning in the open direction till it turns and then you can just slide it out after, then detatch the light...
