When it makes the nosie does it affect the cars abbility to break?
WHen it makes the noise is the pedal any harder or easier to push down?
Wat casued the problem?
Do you have abs?
It it a buzzing or rattling?

Your pedal seems like it has a lot of travel

No it doesn't
it is easier
It started after the brakes pads got changed
It is a buzzing
If by -pedal seems like it has a lot of travel- you mean it goes in to far, I think it does.

Brake master cylinder going out? I had a similar problem in a different car. It was doe to the Master cylinder working harder when brakes were applied. I replaced theMC and it was gone.

Could I try to bleed the lines after I check the abs module if it has enough brake fluid?

well that is a lot of travel id bleed the line and make sure you have enough brake fluid. Chek the abs module if that turns up nothing you mite have a bad master cylder. Before you replace it just check with a mechanic to be sure. The noise sounds like the abs. I havnt delt with brakes a lot but imo if bleading and toping off the brake fluid and a good abs module do nothing it really only leaves your master cylider
