Default head help please

what is the difference between a PR3 JDM B16A head and a PR3 JDM B18C (TYPE-R)head. i have found out so far that the difference between the JDM GSR and TYPE-R are the head stampings GSR having P73 and TYPE-R having PR3 and a green dot near the dizzy. i have a JDM B16A head with PR3 on it and i want to use it on my GSR. but i can get a smokin deal on a JDM TYPE-R head if its any better than the B16. thanks for the help.

I believe if you are planning on doing headwork, porting, etc, then the GSR or the Type R head is a better platform. Otherwise the b16 head flows better in stock form. This is what I was told by a solid source. Anyone agree?

going to boost the motor. but in stock form if the b16 is better then why wouldn't it be better modified over say a GSR or type-r head? The b16 head I just rebuilt has a mild port and polish, stainless valves, oem cams for now but i have the opportunity to get a JDM PR3 head for cheep and if is worth it i can rebuild it cheep.
