Its not hard. basically unbolt the Y7 IM and bolt up the Y8 version. Use an automatic Y8 IM Even if you have a manual Y7

Because it uses the same 3 wire IACV setup on the throttle body as all the Y7s. The manual Y8s used a 2 wire IACV on the back of the manifold.
