im building my first engine and i dont want to spend to much money...i was wondering if the ebay piston kits are reliable....?

 

dude u should go with rs machine pistons instead, you'll pay a little more but if you are planning to keep this engine it will be a better choice than just buying cheap ebay pistons.

Hes right buying reliable name brand is best bet. You dont wanna spend all that money and then have nothing to show for it. Spend the extra cash for sure.

 

just because it's on ebay doesn't mean it's ****?Theres many quality parts etc on there you just have to know what your buying.If he's getting oem ctr piston rings i don't see why quality would be a concern unless there some made in taiwan "pretend" oem parts......Gl op
