i have a aem cold air intake and i want to cut it to put the bypass on it..

but i dont know...

where is the best place to cut it? and the middle,begging,or at the end etc..
and with what?



or could i just connect the intake to the bypass and the bypass to the manifold?

 

I would put it where ever it fits.

 

I would return the bypass. If you're going to cut the CAI, you might as well just put the filter on the end of your now shorty intake and save some cash.
