95 integra w/ JDM H22A1 swap Help???
k i have a 95 integra GSR and i have a JDM H22A1 swap came out of a 95 prelude.. To be able to smog the car i need a USDM p13 OBD1 ECU 5 speed.. i've heard that its not easy finding this P13 ECU.. As of for now, im running a P12 ECU non-vtec H23.. Now my question is.. Is there any way around of not using a P13 since its really rare.. and just use a jumper harness conversion OBD1 to OBD2?? And how can i Bar'd Ref'd it?? The shop that did the swap told me it was possible.. as long as im running a USDM ECU and the motor and chassis has to be same year... Any advice will be appreciated.. Thanks...
You can run an obd1 p28 or p72 chipped ecu.
p13 ecus are not horribly hard to find either, however they can't be tuned using any of the mainstream engine management system such as hondata, ectune, neptune etc.
