How do I make a seat bracket?

does anyone know how to make a seat bracket for a replica recaro seat to fit in an 89 ef? because the seat will not fit, the rail is different. =( please show me or tell me.

80.00 for the pair from f1spec. You can't use your stock rails? That's what I did.
