I was in the middle of the body work on my CRX.... Having my CRX in a million pieces i thought about alot of things? I completed the body work and came up with this before spray. Wire tuck, complete supension (not just the PIC's), and a small beef up for the engine. I cannot play with my RDX until it is out of warranty so why not complete a never ending project.

I am stuck on what to do to my motor without altering the bottom end??? My budget is $3500.00 to $4000.00 for the engine. I love turbos but not the fabrication. OF course it is b16.obdo old school
I also thought about swinging for kingmotorsports.com crate motor but it is pricey and i do want to drive without tuning every time!!! Please give me your suggestions.

SOHC V-TEC w/ turbo.

I very dearly miss mine. I had a nice D16Z6 with the GReddy kit. Suited me better, since I wasn't looking to go dual cam. I ran a 1.5 tranny for longer gears and more spooling per gear. My clutch ate three trannys, including the original Z6 tranny. I then went back to a stock Z6, with bolt-ons of course, and focused on brakes and suspension.

 

Maybe Skunk2 IM, cams....etc

 

They are all good parts you really can't go wrong. It is your car do the research and do what you want.

 

Buy a GSR swap. Sell the B16 swap, use money to get cams/intake/exhaust, etc (depending on your skills, maybe some high compression pistons). Get it tuned then have fun.
