Based on their spec, no Jun should pass smog. Toda A should pass as it's specs match the Type R's. I'd go with the R's if they are cheaper.

On here I have heard many stories that If you have Jun3 you can pass emisions testing but you would have to back everything down ot Zero, cam gears, fpr set to lean and what ever else can be set back then when done testing return items back to power again

i don't see why jun's can't pass smog as the non vtec lobe is the same size as the gsr non vtec lobe. As mentioned, set everything back to zero and it should be fine

the JUN III lobes (non vtec lobes) are bigger than GSR non vtec lobes, they are bigger than ITR non vtec lobes. The primary use for the JUN cams are on b16 heads, thats where they did all their RD from.
