Went take my car out yesterday, and couldn't even pull out of a diagonal parking spot without the front end binding! How often do these goofy Kazz lsd's need to be rebuilt? It feels like the clutches have locked up inside the trans. Help!

I've run mine for two years, even with a leak in the tranny.

 

more reason never to buy such a POS. 'special fluid' needs changing every 3000 _km_, and rebuilds at 30,000 _km_ !!! oh, and NO WARRANTY!! and of course, terrible driveability. save your money and get a quaife and sell that POS to some unsuspecting riceboy.

 

The Quaiffe goes in on Wed. I'm tired of doing figure 8's and having rent-a-cops thinking i'm drunk.

 

"special fluid" is just 85w90 gear oil with GM additive.

Did anyone notice that the Kaaz diff is listed as a RACE part?

Gotta understand race parts, not daily driver parts.

 

It's not a "daily driven" car. I think TodaSi can attest to that. It's seen 8 or so "track days" since installed and maybe 6000 miles. Fluid has been changed like 3 times with fresh Kazz fluid.
