you drive a 500HP car...I'm sure you more than capable of suggesting a proper plug for your buddy.

truth be told.....there is no real reason to change the heat range of the plugs. especially if he just has bolt-ons.

yea. i acutally bought both denso platinum and the pulstars brand new.
and i just drove to work like a granny shifting at 3k with no more than half throttle and going 70 mph on the freeway and i managed to achieve 29 mpg with the densos and i got 32 mpg with the pulstars. and the pulstars claim to add more power, which is hardly noticeable. maybe 1 or 2hp. also considering that they both cost about the same. the pulstars running 24.95 a piece + tax and shipping which was like 112.xx after it all and the dealer wants about 106+ tax for denso platinums which comes out a hair over 112. but overall i saw an increase of about 26 mpt on average with the pulstars compared to the denso. i filled up every 5 days after i got off work at the same chevron down the street from where i used to work. the shipping wasnt that bad either. it was like 3 business days. and another thing about pulstar, they will actually call you and ask you how you like their pulse plugs

Good to hear. I wouldn't even mind if the plugs didn't add any more power so long as they help with fuel economy.
