sounds definately like a stolen car to me, my friend bought an 01 yellow ITR from the auto auction and it had a b16a in it, Type r floor mats, rear seat, front seats and other type r interior pieces were gone, i think they only left the ITR wheel's and spindels, and lips. sometimes when they rebuild a stolen car they will drop the cheapest thing in there that they can get away with.
Agreed. Look at the wires dangling here in the left side kick panel; as well as the separation of the plastic around the steering column.

what is the condition of the title?
sitting on steelies? I would want to know why. As well as where the intake is.
mileage on chassis?
The exhaust appears to be an incorrect length.
and where did that big dent come from in the rear quarter panel?
Look this one over from top to bottom and get details on the title before making a decision.

I wouldn't touch it. Looks like those are Toyota Supra tail lights (look closely you can see Toyota on the light.) From what I can see this means they obviously cut out the actual body to fit them, and did a very poor job at that. There's already rust forming near the bottom of the tail light. Fitting stock tail lights back in could be near impossible, unless you know what your doing with bodywork, and from the looks of that car it doesn't even look like its worth the hassle to salvage it. The body is very rough as is the interior, and not to mention tan interior isn't the hottest commodity on an Integra. You said the "paint luks gud" to me it looks very dull, with lots of orange peel. Plus that big dent in the rear totally ruins it for me.

lol naw i wasnt drunk i didnt even check out da car yet i was gunna check it out tomorrow but had a change of heart thanks to the ht family and yea dis is my first tyme wit hondas im only 16 yrs old dis was gunna be my first car
Really, who cares if the car was stolen or not? IT'S $1600 not a $12k type R. Sometimes I just can't understand what some of the comments have to do with the question asked. If you ask me you get what you pay for. I personally wouldn't buy it because of the body work needed. What you're going to spend to fix it, you could easily save and buy something better. But in reality $1600 now a days just doesn't get you what it used to.
