Default surging idle i tried it all!! 98 prelude hekp! going crazy

lets see.... ive have beem trying to solve this surging problem i cleaned the iacv i have no CEL lights i cleaned the egr and the first port inside the manifold, cleaned the TB, tighten down the FITV and even bypassed it, flushed and bleeded my cooling system, sprayed TB cleaner around the vacum lines and intake manifold, turned down one full turn on the idle screw on top of the TB, changed the fuel filter, poured the fuel system cleaner, sea foamed the engine through the gas tank and through the vacum lines, and still nothing! i havent changed the cap n rotors yet but they still look new the wires and plugs look a lil beat up 'll try changing those. but do you think it can be the dizzy? or even the coil? the werid part is that when the radiator fan kicks on the engine idles fine just like the way it should. shuold i just bypass the fan and keep it on all the time, will that harm my car? oh yeah it surges a little bit when its warm after driving for a bit it would get worse at stop lights. is there a diffrent way i can try to diagnose it my self?sorry its so long im just fed up with it and im just trying o do whatever it takes to solve this problem. also im runing an p0j computer its an 96 accord ecu prolley lx mofrl because there is no vtec and no cel lights for the vtec.ive been reading around the forms but i had no luck i tried what everyone else was trying out but it didnt work for me......i need major help!!!!

Have you tried a new or known good IACV? If it stops when the rad fans kick on, either one of two things is happening: the engine is up to temp, indicating there is either a problem with the FITV, IACV or still air in the coolant lines OR more unlikely, you have a grounding problem and once the fans kick on it goes away. This could easily be tested by pulling the fuses for the fans to disrupt power to them.
