Default maybe ecu maybe distributor

so a few weeks ago i swapped a 96 b18b1 into my eg 94 civic and i got a obd1 p75 ecu
so after my car has been running for a little bit (10 miles or so) if i would put alot of throttle under 3krpm it would start to bog like the timing was off but when i got over 3000k everything would be fine and today i was on my way to school and it started doing it and when i would get to a stoplight the idle would be rough and it when i would put throttle it would not want to raise in rpm for a few seconds.
then my car stalled at a stop light and it would still crank but it wouldn't turn over.
so i towed it to my cousins house and started checking the distributor and now im not getting any spark when i pull the spark plug cable off the distributor and held it close to the distributor and cranked it
followed the helms manual on the ingition coil test and it was ok
and im not getting any cel codes

any ideas HT i need your help

It could be your ICM inside the distributor. I had the same problem. It ended up being my distributor but I also had a CEL on. Try testing the ICM.

If the ICM is good, the yellow/green wire coming off the distributor connector should have about 10v with the key on and the engine off. Have you pulled the cap off the distributor yet?

Another thing to look at is the harness ground on the back of the thermostat housing, if that is loose or disconnected it can cause all kinds of problems.

have you checked all the grounds. most problems after a swap stem from bad grounds.

Is the rotor nice and tight on the distributor shaft? Maybe test continuity between the center post of the cap and the coil output terminal.

One more thing...check for a broken timing belt, if that breaks the cams don't spin and neither does the distributor and you get no spark.
