What type of coil setup is your wiring harness, internal or external coil. It would probably be easier to find a dizzy that matches your current wiring.

The JDM F22B SOHC will most likely be better off with an OBD1 F22B1 or B2 distributor.

B1 is a Hitachi dizzy with an internal coil and the B2 uses the TEC dizzy with an external coil.

FYI The H22A1 and H23A1 use a TEC dizzy and are the same part number 30100-P14-A01

So to answer your question yes the H22 and H23 dist. are interchangeable.

What make model year are you doing the swap into? or more importantly what year/OBD is your F22B2 distributor?

Make sure you get a distributor from an OBD1 Accord with the CKP sensor in the distributor. The 96+ distributors don't have the CKP sensor in them.

No problem,

The CKP is the Crankshaft Position Sensor. It is used to determine the timing for the fuel injection and ignition, it also detects the engines speed.

That link you posted only takes me to the AOL home page. It tells me there was an error.

The distributor you are looking for is for a 94 Accord F22B2 Honda part number is 30100-P0J-A01. If the seller doesn't have the Honda part number then the TEC distributor number is TD-59U.

TD-52u will also work I believe, just check the rotor to cylinder position when installing, the wires may need to be rotated.
