Default Should i switch turbos and intake manifold?

I currently have a Garret T3/T04e .57trim ar70 turbo. Its currently in my car on stock LS motor on 6.5lbs. I have a Darton sleeved block being built and have a Edelbrock Performer X, should I switch to a Victor X intake manifold? I was curious what intake manifold is better for boost or if ill be ok with this one now. Also the new turbo i wanted to get was a Precision sc61. cold side 70 a/r with a s-hat and hot 58 a/r t-4 flanged bolt?

What are your power goals?
What are your uses for the car/ setup?
What do you need from a turbo (top end power vs streetability vs spool time)?

Let us know and we'll help you out a bit better...
