ive herd the f22 is not frm and is iron ive searcht can find any info anyone know

If you are talking about the F22a1, it has cast iron sleeves. If you are talking about the F22B, I'm not sure. I'm sure it packs whatever a USDM H23 does.

The only motors that use FRM are the H-series, C32, F20/22c.

If we want to nitpick the B21 was also FRM.

The rule of thumb is F-series = iron, H-series = FRM. This does not include the F20C/22C which are also 87mm bore, FRM.
