Default swap D16Y8 auto into 94 civic hatch 1.4 manual

HI everybody! i wnat to swap 97 civic ex coupe automatic, d16y8 engine into 94 civic hatch with d14 manual, and also want to keep manual tranny. the question is: what problem will i face? i know that i will need manual ecu from 96-00 civic or P28 chipped ecu and d16z6 distributor internals, in order to convert it to OBD1. what else?

manual intake manifold, or you'll need to drill out the holes on the back for the IACV and pick up a 2 wire D-series IACV for it as well as a D-series throttle body from a D15B7/D16Z6/Manual D16Y8. Use a D15B7/D15B8 distributor btw, OBD1 and bolts up to the Y8 head.
