Icon2 96 Civic 6000 rpm feels like hitting a wall

Hey I got a civy I have litterally saved from a kid that was trashing it.

Okay so here is the problems 3 of them: By the way it is an ex the stock D16y8

1st __ I have a CEL that wount go out it says to me coolant temp sensor curcuit low output volt?

2nd __ The car has been hard to start in the morning when its cold out I have to feather the gas.

3rd __ Last when I punch the car out to like almost 6000 rpms its like hiting a wall it cuts out and acts like it hit redline?

Can anyone assist me with any of this?

Thanks -Josh

come on man if you dont have anything constructive to say or advice then dont say anything at all.. this isnt a highschool slam book. I feel ur comment to be inappropriate and maybe u should mature a little and come back then.

**UPDATE**

ok the 6000rpm stalling (more feels like it is hitting rev limit) is magically not happening anymore but has some studer in 3rd and 4th but not bad and only really in lower rpm? It seams to do the 6k rpm stall in cold temps its been about 30 degrees around lately and today it got warmer about 50... ?????
