Grease
Most cars have not used grease fittings for a long time. Basically from what I recall, almost any car that uses a rack and pinion steering has not had grease fittings. The only times you'll see grease fittings on a car is generally the upper ball joints on double-wishbone cars. Some of the time though aftermarket replacement parts come with grease fittings though.
Right on. Usually trucks will have grease fittings for the upper ball joints at the least, more if they were a linkage-type steering instead of a rack and pinion. Usually any vehicle that used a linkage-type steering with a steering box had a grease fitting for each linkage and arm. This is why 4x4 vehicles have so many. Also, some of the older vehicles had grease fittings for the slip yokes on the driveshafts.
