Would've copied and pasted the code, but I'm HTML-tarded. I stumbled upon this after researching whether to rebuild or buy a new steering rack. Yes, I've gotten answers such as "Just buy a new rack, it's easier". Well, no **** it's easier. So is paying someone to do all the work on my vehicle, but I'm cheap. So I'd rather buy http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...7QQEP8718.html a seal kit rather than pay for a completely new rack. If anyone has any input please do, because I found little on google as far as the Rebuild vs. New debate for power steering racks.

 

Just clarified with Edelmann, EP8718 is for the power steering pump only, 8885 is for the rack and pinion.
