I bought a brake kit for a 92 Civic Si thinking that is the closest model to the SiR. The rear rotors and pads fit fine however the front rotors and pads are to small. The Si rotors look like the hub diameter is 5 5/8" and the stock SiR ones are 6 1/4". Does anyone know another honda rotor and pad that will fit the SiR?

 

i'm slightly confused... i'd be able to help better with pictures. but at any rate, CDM SiR front brakes are the same as the USDM Si brakes. Comparing old rotors with the new ones, are the new ones too small? They may have given you the dx/cx/vx sized rotors/pads instead. Post comparison pix and I may be of more help, unless someone else can visualize this better than myself right now.

Integra front rotors and pads.

Edit. I didn't have time to post this earlier, but my guess, is that the OP has a JDM SiR seeing as how he's talking about the '92 Si (which is exactly the same as the '92 US Si btw, they came with the same small CX/DX/VX rotors as the other hatches, even though they had rear discs, only the '94 Si ABS hatches received the larger intergra style front brakes as far as hatchbacks go. '92 - '95 EX-V sedans [US EX] also used the larger style front brakes and '94 - '95 Si ABS coupes). JDM SiRs use larger integra style front brakes.

 

Here are some pictures to help. So just to confirm, 94 Integra front rotors and pads will fit? And yes the new ones are smaller.

 

They should. If you really want to to play it safe order pads and rotors for a '92 civic EX-V sedan (if they ask if its abs or non abs tell them its abs.)
