ok so here is the deal i recently baught a 92 da integra and it had a blown engine in it so i threw another b18a1 out of a 1990 or 1991 da and i got it in and we ran it for a while all the sudden number one cylinder was not firing so we checked:

- spark as well as gap - everything was good
- compression - im not totally sure what it should be but all cylinders seemed to be between 115 and 125
- changed out three fuel injectors for that one cylinder
- ran seafoam through the fuel system
- blew out fuel filter and rail

the really wierd thing is one of the times we checked compression it showed 90 pounds one time we rechecked it 4 times and got 125 we assume that waas an anomoly, also the cylinder does not fire at idle but you bring it up off of idle and it seems to kinda smooth out, well we atleast got some heat on that header pipe

so help me i as well as several of my honda guys are stumped ill try any ideas

Well assuming you did the compression test correctly, those numbers are too low for a b18a. I believe the MINIMUM spec on each cylinder is 135 psi with no more than 20 or so psi difference between any cylinder. Please someone correct me if i'm wrong i don't feel like looking it up. Do you have the throttle plate wide open while doing the test? (not trying to call you dumb just making sure)
