Default Opinions on Fujitsubo exhaust

http://www.upgrademotoring.com/perfo...bo_exhaust.htm

I know it's supposed to be a nice exhaust but is it really worth the money? I have the chance to get one for my CRX but am still unsure. All opinions welcome.

Thanks

P.S. - I don't know if this is an actual "tech" question so if not, mods please lock.

wow...that's a lot just for an exhaust...i wouldn't waste my money...but that's just me...i know that you can see gains from a full echaust and nice quite ones are expensive, but that, IMO, is a lot to spend...

I had a Fujitsubo Legalis R on my g35 sedan and loved it. It was a great sounding exhaust but still relativly quiet and had no rasp to it what so ever, even when running test pipes and a JIC y pipe.

I also currently have a Fujitsubo RM01A on my Subaru WRX wagon. It as well is very quiet (for what it is) under most loads... it does however come alive under full throttle. I'm also running this exhaust with a catless up pipe, larger turbo, and a catless downpipe and it's still quieter than when I had a apexi WS on my wagon with the rest of the engine / exhaust stock.

I have only heard the legalis R on a 91 hatch with a B16. It did however sound great.
If you can get the exhaust at a much cheaper price I'd go for it but I wouldn't pay what upgrade motoring is asking.

I bought both my exhausts for under $725 new and they both retailed for over $1K.

Here's a pic of the legalis R on my g35

and it really isn't hung that low, Here's a pic from the side.

naisbetter has a pic of his RM01A here:

Here's a pic of the Legalis R for the crx.

best as in what....gains, quietness? does it perform better than the other exhausts? i mean for the price it'd better perform better and the RS*R, HKS, and other already high dollar exhausts

the pic of naisbetters RM01A looks like it'll scrape...mine looked similar and scrapped all the time

yea i wasn't going to pay that price that was just the first site that i found with a pic to it and a rough estimate of a price. like i said i have a chance to get one, it's used but in perfect condition and I would be paying just a little under what i can get a brand new RSR ExMag for. I've had the RSR exhaust on my crx and loved it but thought i would consider this one also. Thanks for the replies everyone.

Well if that's what you want then get it...for the price that you said you could get it for vs the price on that website, seems like a deal
