Default keep hearing about new 3 piece fronts.. any updates

going through some of the older threads the callos and CFT front ends were done. everyone keeps saying there are 3-4 different front ends are coming out. wondering how these are coming along and if anyone has any spy shots.

Side note that peta hotrod car was horrid, with Colonel Sander's holding a chicken and butchers knife, bizarre.

As far as I know, the CFT and the Callos front ends are already good to go and for sale. Contact either of those guys if you need one soon. I know Callos ones are in stock, so contact them in their website to get a hold of them.

We're working on ours right now, but we wont be done until January/February. No spy shots yet. sorry.

I cant say any details yet guys. Sorry. But I'm going to say, that the CFT and Callos ones are REAL good products already. We realy can't make it any better than they already have as far as quality and material. All we're doing is giving another option.

Are these front ends now "legal" to run in SFWD class? I havent been paying much attention but have seen the growing poularity of them.

I think they are pretty cool and well designed but they just havent grown on me much. Im guessing its probably because at my power levels I havent "needed" to use one. Or maybe Im just old school and love my stock bumper

I know someone is gonna kill me for saying all this

I dont really see the point of the front ends for weight savings. I believe its more for gaining clearance behind the bumper to fit thicker intercoolers, piping, etc. Also for safety, to prevent tires from being cut up by the fenders.
Once you've taken out the bumper supports, which most racers do anyways, the weight is pretty much the same. Fenders and a stock bumper dont weight that much to begin with.

They also probably offer a little better aero than the stock front end and keep you car alot cleaner.

i have yet to see CFT distributing theirs yet so there's no need in referring to those. JoJo has the only one as far as im concerned and for more than one model.

I have the jojo 3pc front end. Unfortunatly there were alot of shipping issues and delay's, and when it finally arrived one of the corners next to the corner light cutout was broken off, and an oustide piece of the fiberglass on the same fender was broken about the size of a quarter.
I was so disgusted of all the shipping issues i just kept it because i didn't want to ship it back and wait for another 4 months.
