fuel rail oxidation???

my fuel rail looks a bit crappie its got white **** on it what can i use to get it off??? its on the metal... i tried metal polish... thanks in advance for the help

Aluminum spray paint on a paper towel and wipe it on. I know it sound rice but it looks like brand new
