Long ride, comfortable?
Hey guys, I just got back from a 7 hour drive, one. this is for sure, my ankle feels like its bruised, i have a size 18 foot, to get the pedal and brake, i have to pivot my food on my heel. And my back feels like it just got sent threw the worst spin cycle on a kenmore drier. What do you guys do for this kind of stuff, i mean, im gonna be doing these long distant drives alot. I feel that i will get used to it, but in my mothers old car, i never had this problem, i tried moving the seet, adusting the angle, moving it up and down, i did cruise control for a bit, but that didnt help with the back, just the sore ankle, plus, half of the trip was stop and go.
Is there anything i can get, or any tips on how to make my ride more comfortable, thanks guys

size 17 feet. Ideal, I feel for you buddy. Do you have cruise control? Try and rotate your feet and keep em moving. Its hard to do in my stripped out no options DX.
btw, im 6'5"
DAMN...you white boys are big....haha...well im 6'1"...not much shorter than yall.

Man, my wifes 97SE and my 91ex both hurt my back after about 5 hours of driving. I borrowed the in laws Suburban for a road trip once and it didn't bother me at all. Now I am off this weekend in my new 2002EX. Will see if the new leather seats will help with my back. I don't know what it is with the accords, but man am I uncomfortable in them after a couple of hours.
I'm 6 foot w/size 13s too and I'm a bit cramped.Maybe this is why we are Accord guys and not civic guys.
Anyone ever driven a prelude? With the seat all the way back I can stretch out very comfortably..tons of front seat room.

Those prelude backseats are a joke.I think they're just there for insurance purposes. But man ,those spacious front seats are nice. And those porsche backseats look like you would need a shoe horn to get a baby's car seat in.
so with all you jolly green giants out there. i guess non of you would be interested in the honda S2000 my uncle has for sale huh???
j/k i dont have an uncle with a s2000 .. its a miata
