Default how much fuel pressure

how much fuel pressure does the stock d16a6 regulator push out
i read somewhere that when you do a y8 swap you should upgrade from the stock a6 to a y8 is this true?

i just put a 5g and wow what a difference car feels so more responsive

what's 5g? did you just buy an adjustable fpr or something?

5 g means 5th gen 92-95 which is the one that has 41-47psi the 4g which is 88-91 is 32-35psi i believe

from the '88 service manual;
Stock fuel pressure is 35-41 psi
with the vaccum line to the regulator disconnected=max pressure
