where is the OBD1 PORT

i would like to know where the obd1 port in a 4dr ls is please.

I think you want to know where to pull codes from correct? If so it's under the glovebox region above the ecu in a green rubber protector. There are two plugs, and you want the two prong plug. Good luck!
