Icon2 Clicking Noise on 94 accord

i went through a pothole like 2 weeks ago it was unavoidable at the time.....but after i went through i noticed my car started to make a clicking noise everytime i shift........it never made that sound before could it be my tranny???? does anybody have any ideas?

most likely damaged a CV joint and that is the clicking noise

Is this sound associated with any one thing; like turning, accellerating, braking etc?
All can have different causes.
You need to throw a few more bones

it happens whenever i shift, especially into reverse it just makes a clicking noise, like if i downshift it does it as well

You did mention that this "click" comes from under the engine bonnet*, right?
This is a total, out of the blue guess but:
Motor mount.
