Default Should I buy this ep3?

This is the car i'm considering. he was originally asking $12.5 i think and has come down to $10.5. that definately sounds more reasonable but still not sure if i should hold out. I didnt post the pics cause it looks like every other ep3. its silver, very clean, i like the one owner deal. It has 18's on it and i'd definately like to downsize. just dont know 16 or 17 cause of the brake kit. I'm assuming he's used the car for auto x with all the suspension upgrades. should I jump on this? or let it ride a while longer? lmk what you think any potential problems?

Ditch the 18s. Lots of mods for the price.

Buying someone's heavily modded car will usually be a mistake unless you know the person and know what it was used for and how it was driven.
